I got a call from the recruiter about a week after applying. Took about 15 mins and was asked if I was still interested and asked about my experience. She asked me a few basic questions about customer service then scheduled a video interview for the next week.
Video interview was with recruiter online through a website. Lasted about a half hour and then was told to look out for a email to schedule final interview.
Last interview was with a team manager. Last about 30 mins and there was some roleplays. At the end I was told I would be contacted by recruiter in a week or two. They called me 2 days later and offered me the position pending bgc.
Took about a month from applying to getting offer call.
