I applied online and then was invited to a recruiting event. Dress was business casual.
It started out in a group interview. Eventually we were put into smaller groups to answer random questions. Questions varied from "a time when you had to lead" from "what ice cream flavor would you be".
After I received a call and was invited back for a one on one interview with another manager. This one was more casual - he talked a lot about what would happen if I advanced in the interview process and gave me advice for future interviews but I was later informed that they would be continuing the hiring process with someone else...
