Applied online, contacted by recruiter who set up a phone interview with the hiring manager. From contact to interview there was about a week of waiting. The phone interview was pretty quick: the manager described what the job entailed, ask about my background, asked some hypothetical testing questions, then asked if I had any questions. The recruiter got back to me within a couple days. I was glad for the quick turnaround, but wish that I had gotten more information as to why I wasn't moved on, as I felt that I answered the questions well. I assume it was a personality conflict.
