Easy Interview – Overall Positive Experience – Yes, and I accepted – Sun, 12 Jul 2015
Interviewed Jun 2015 in Portland, OR(took 14 days)
I applied online June 25th and received an email on June 28th to set up an initial phone interview. It lasted about 20 minutes, discussing my previous experience, hours for the position, anticipated pay, and training dates. I was moved to the next round of interviews, and had a video interview on July 3rd. It was approximately 30 minutes long. I answered some questions regarding my current position, what to expect out of an at home position and did two chat role plays. The interviewer was incredibly friendly, and the interview flowed more as a conversation than an intimidating stream of questions. In line with other reviews, they are absolutely looking for someone who can be empathetic and understanding of a customer's situation. The interviewer stressed during role plays that the detailed technical information would be taught in training, but general reponses were what she was looking for (your general tone and empathy for the customer). I received an offer contingent on background check on July 9th. The background check is through HireRight and I'm currently waiting for that process to complete.
