The first interview was over the phone and lasted about 10 minutes. The interviewer was very friendly and asked basic questions and gave a description of the position. She asked one technical question which was, what are three ways to troubleshoot an iphone that won't power on. After this she scheduled the second interview. This one took place via facetime with a recruiter and lasted about 20 minutes. It was a pretty chill interview with two role play questions. These are specific to apple products but they are looking for a friendly, empathetic response more than the technical expertise although having some experience with the products would help a lot. After this interview the recruiter said I would be moving on to the third interview and to look for the email to schedule within a week. I just completed the second interview before writing this review so no comments on the third yet but I will update. :)
So far the experience has been good and the first two interviewers were really upbeat and friendly. Hope this helps.
