Apply online, invited to a group hiring event. In the group hiring event you are asked to introduce the person next to you, name, what they do and their favourite apple product. Upon completing this, Apple will show you a few videos and ask what you found interesting and new about it, so make sure you are listening! After, scenario, customer-specialist and then reverse reading a customer situation like 'My son is going to college I need to buy him a gift'. They just want to see your reaction in dealing with customers.
Invitation to the second interview next day, group interview in hotel in Central London. Around 15 people with you now it gets abit initimidating and nervous! Everyone goes around the room introducing themselves and what they do and their favourite product. Then questions like, what do you like about apple? what have you recently found out about apple etc.
Got a bit nervous but answered questions well I think, didn't get through to next stage. Generic email saying sorry.
