Referred by an employee one time. Emailed to schedule an interview 3 months later, they send an interactive website with time slots available. Go into store for group interviews, fill out a form of which positions interest you and availability. Three group interviews in less than 2 weeks. They call you with an offer and salary was non-negotiable.
Started a month later.
