I applied in the past but never heard anything. I applied again in the end of August. Got an email a couple of days later saying that I will get an other email about a hiring event. I went it was very different. It was the best interview experience I've had. It was a group interview at a table with other candidates. The whole time you were being observed. I got an other email 7 days later for the second interview. My advice be yourself !
