Difficult Interview – Overall Positive Experience – Yes, and I accepted – Sun, 25 Oct 2015

Interviewed Sep 2015 in Denver, CO(took 30 days)
I submitted my application online after receiving a recommendation. Someone reached out to me to schedule my first interview with something-director. We chatted for about an hour and it went well. After that I had an interview with the Store Leader for about 45 minutes, mostly comprised of me asking them questions. Finally I had a meeting with a market leader, much more casual. There was about 10 days between all of these steps. I received my offer after my background check came back- about a week later. The process was definitely difficult and some of the interview questions are challenging. Be sure to be specific, smile, and show enthusiasm for the brand. You don't have to know a bunch about computers.
