Easy Interview – Overall Positive Experience – Yes, and I accepted – Mon, 21 Jul 2014

Interviewed Jul 2010(took 3 weeks)
You'll first have a phone screen. Then you'll go to a group interview. Pretty informal, more of an Apple brag reel. Next you'll meet the store managers. They can be late to the interview, don't take it personally. There's a lot of middle management so don't feel disheartened if you have 3-5 meetings. If they like you'll they'll either offer you a position or more likely put you in "the pipeline" .The pipeline means your waiting for a head count to open; either through resignations or new headcount opening up. This may take a while. If they say they want you but have to wait for an opening do not quit your job. Try and be yourself, answer honestly. They're looking for passion, emotional empathy, intelligence and willingness/eagerness to learn. They don't care about how much you know about Apple, just that you like the product/company.

Interview Questions
Nothing too over the top. Answer honestly but keep in mind what they're looking for- passion, emotional empathy, intelligence etc.
