The room was decently sized. There were four tables with five seats at each one. We had to fill out an application stating what job we were going for, our availability, ideal location, etc. Afterwards, we were asked to introduce ourselves and provide a story of a time where we provided excellent customer service. Then, within our group, we passed around an iPad that had questions we were to ask the person to our left and once they answered they got to ask a question on the iPad to the person to their left and so on.
