All done over the phone in 3 phases. First one is to verify interest, Second is technical and Third is essentially a mock call that you will handle in the role. Remain focused on the customer and helping resolve the issue. Provide empathy: put yourself in the customer's situation, how would you feel? Take logical steps completing easiest to more complex. You don't have to be perfect, you do not have to know everything about the product since you will be trained. Have fun and relax!
