Difficult Interview – Overall Positive Experience – Yes, and I accepted – Wed, 11 Nov 2015

Didn't get first followup until almost a month after initial contact. Applied in Early Oct.
First interview was a series of simple questions to learn about you, tell you about the job and one or two customer service questions.
-"What does great customer service mean to you?
Asked you if you were ok with working longer hours on Holidays, anything set to interfere with training, and an exam to stay in the program will need to be passed to continue on.
Second interview had same information on job, when next class starts. Ect.
-Asked how to pair Bluetooth to beats headphones to phone that they got for birthday.
-Again asked me a time when I had a challenging customer service experience.
-Asked what steps I would check to see if WI-fi was connected.
Third interview was over face time/skype. Went over position and again asked if you can work long hours and holidays. This one was very technical and I was very nervous. Worked the empathy hard. The interview questions on the bottom are mostly from the third interview.
