I attended the first interview at the phone consisting in few questions and they actually didn't give me time to answer properly, so I guess they decided to move to the next step before to have a chat with me.
I was a bit disappointed by the second one because was in a so small hotel room where I wasn't almost able to stay on my feet. The question in my opinion where too personal, I mean if you want to check out people attitude you can do without asking about my family or pretend to listen heartbreaking stories.
