The interview process is a rather lengthy one. First, there is a hiring even which they recruit perhaps a hundred applicants to attend several sessions. They explain the process, the different positions, and the expectancy. They then group interview and select from there ones to return for store group interviews which there are usually at least three more levels to pass.
