Was contacted vi Linked In and follow through the process. The group interview was classic and typical. Was with several individual where neither one was had knowledge of the local language and some just did not even know English. One employee really went out to look like Steve Job reincarnated.
Not really a waste time for me as it gave me something to do! And allowed for more understanding of the company!
