First step is the online form. After that, you will get an email inviting you to a group interview. Sometimes the email comes a few weeks after, other times it comes a few months later. It all depends on the specific needs of the location at the time so new store openings are a big opportunity to get in.
After the group interview you go to an in store interview with a the specific manager/leader at the store you choose. I've heard of there being one interview after this but not always.
