The process was long but informative. I got to meet many of the leaders and colleagues that I would eventually be working with.
There was a good mix between Q&A and role playing to get a good understanding of the candidates personality rather than just focused on their credentials.
It was not so stressful, which made the candidate feel comfortable being interviewed at each stage.
