The whole process took to weeks, first I went to the hiring event, they make some activities in order to get you uno each other, the same day I receive a call to get an interview with one of the store managers, he basically asked me about my knowledge in Apple products, and how I manage stressful situations, you don't have to know everything about the products, but I highly recommend study at least the basics.
Then I went to my 3rd interview they basically asked me about how I will explain to a person who never used a mac before how to use it.
My advice is basically: Be yourself, they're looking for authentic people, don't be afraid to fail, and don't over dress ( I went to all my interviews in jeans and casual tops) don't to wearing a tuxedo or a fancy dress... and have fun! All the process is really fun.
