Easy Interview – Overall Negative Experience – Yes, but I declined – Tue, 5 Aug 2014

There are three interviews with standard questions.
They prefer doing group interviews.
The management and team seem nice enough.
One weird thing though. They act as though they want someone with a great personality, but the only people I saw them hire were the most boring people in the interviews.
