Very quick. I had phone interview and then 1 face-to-face interview and I was offered the job the next day. I guess they were in a hurry because this isn't typical. Usually you're supposed to interview with the Director of Finance, and he wasn't available at the time. I spoke with the manager and the team. They were very friendly and welcoming. I didn't feel intimidated at all.
