Difficult Interview – Overall Positive Experience – Yes, and I accepted – Fri, 1 Jul 2016

There's an open job interview at the store which is a group of anywhere between 15-50 or so people. They go over the company talk about the positions and describe some things about jobs they're hiring for. Then you break off into groups and they ask questions to each people in the group. There are some group-based activities and a Q&A at the end.
You're notified a few days later if you made the cut from this initial interview. At that time you'll have a face to face at the store with a manager.
If you make it passed this interview, you'll then have another interview with the General Manager and possibly the district manager.
