A recruiter will contact you via telephone and they will probably ask about your work experience or if you have any questions about the role. From there they will ask what experience you have had and usually they will be the ones who will let you know if you will move forward for an interview in person. Once the interview is schedules in person you will meet with usually two managers from that department or area for a 30 minute interview. From that point it usually takes about 2-3 weeks for a decision to be made and to let you know the results.
