Via Skype or FaceTime. I had three of those before I finally got an offer. Since this was an at home position I didn't have to go into the store to interview. Everyone I spoke to was incredibly nice and straight forward. They were at home workers too so they were offered advice when seeking such a position. The process picked up after the second interview.
