I was referred by a friend. Was invited to a hiring event. Was against 300 people . I was broken up into groups and you had group interviews with people from different apple stores. If you made it to the second round the store that likes you will call you in for an in store interview. If you pass thane than your off to meet the market leader and here is where they seal the deal . I've also seen people get this far and get turned down .
