3 rounds of interviews: 1st was one-on-one with the store manager by myself, 2nd was with a group of 3 managers and another candidate, 3rd was a group of 3 managers including the lead store manager by myself. Overall it was very tough! But the managers were excellent. I felt very comfortable.
