They put me through three interviews. First, there was the hiring event, which had about 25 other people there. It was almost like a gameshow where we had to work together in teams to solve problems. It was very friendly and you got a good feel for the culture. Then I had two follow up interviews. The second interview was just a one on one with a manager. The third was me and one other person with a higher level manager.
