First a short phone screen by the recruiter to see where you are at, get some light background or clarify question marks from you resume.
Then a phone screen by the hiring manager, where they ask some specific questions about you, how you work, some examples of what you have done, and what you are looking for in work. Then the 5-10 min portion for you to ask questions.
Then the recruiter will reach out about how that went, and if it went well, you get a homework assignment that is vague and allows for 3 days to respond.
Lastly, there is the in person interview process for 5-6 hours with the team and relevant stakeholders. This will require more detailed explanations of your work, some tasks, and conversations with designers and engineers.
You recap the session with the recruiter after the fact and based on the notes from each of the interviewers you are pushed through and given an offer.
