Easy Interview – Overall Neutral Experience – Yes, but I declined – Sat, 27 Jan 2018

This is a review ends with disappointment. Let me explain why. I sent my resume through a friend and they called me for an interview. First phone conversation was about 20 minutes and about general things. After that they invited me to the hirevue interview and we planned a skype interview with a team leader. I finished my hirevue first and then I took the skype which is over one hour. I also sent required documents. After several weeks of these interviews I was called and informed that the classes were full and if there would be new classes I would be called again. I said that was OK for me. This was in October by the way. I was hopeful for another chance and they called me back again in December for a new class which would start on 24th of January. I took a short phone conversation again and 30 minutes skype interview with another team leader. A few weeks later they asked my medical reports which you have to pay a lot of money to get them from a state hospital and they said that they'll inform me at the first week of January. Here is the point; After that I haven't been called about the result of my application. I haven't got even an email about it although I sent several emails that I asked my result. They didn't reply any of my emails. I was so upsetting and disappointing that the process has ended like this. They should at least have sent me an informing email. I waited for this job nearly for 7 months and it turned a totally waste of time and hope. I'm still waiting an answer from the company. The planned course started 3 days ago (I assume that it started). All in all, the process was so professional until the end of it but it was ended with disappointment.
