Applied through my college. Interview process was about 4 months. Applied online and then got an email to schedule a phone interview. The first call was simple , just needed to know what your customer care experience is and an overview of the job (pay , requirements etc.). on the first call I was told I would move on in the process and I got an email to finish the application and then got an email to schedule and second interview. During the time before the interview they recommend you to sign up and join their information session. During the information session they went into depths about benefits, requirements and it was an interactive session where you can ask questions.
The second interview was a virtual interview. PS.MAKE SURE TO DOWNLOAD THE INTERVIEW BROWSER ATLEAST 30 MINUTES BEFORE TO ADD PLUGINS AND ALL THAT OTHER TECHNICAL STUFF .
(I ended up missing my first interview because of technical issues but there is also a live technical team there to help you fix anything if necessary)

2nd Interview was rescheduled and very much easy. Be confident, the interviewer just wants to get to know you and your history. Role play involved and a little bit of troubleshoot questions.
