My first interview was a group interview, questions were basically customer service/behavioral scenarios. The second interview was very chaotic, it was in the middle of the store music was blasting, customers and employees talking over us it was the most awkward interview I’ve ever had. We basically had to yell to communicate with one another, I felt cheated. Very discouraging!!
