The process was nice. I applied at a job fair. I was asked to come in and interview. The first invite was more of a knowledge or info sharing session. I was recommended to the local store for a second interview. I was invited to interview locally by the store manager. Straight forward questions were very easy and acceptable to answer. The store manager was maybe 24 years old and you certainly tell this was her first time as a manager.
