I spoke with 2 managers (one an overall recruiting manager, the other a team leader with a specific focus) by phone. At a later date, I was invited onsite to meet with these same 2 managers and 3 recruiters for 30 minutes each. The conversations were one-on-one discussion running 30 minutes each. the discussions seemed a little rushed as they had only blocked so much time,a nd the team asked mainly behavioral (past practice questions) on what I had done, what I had hired for, what my req. count was, how I handled things in diff. situations or with difficult people, etc.
