Sat down for up to an hour with the Store Leader to review my work history, leadership skills and ability to build strong teams. Was asked how I had handled myself in difficult situations with co-workers, managers and store leaders. I was also asked a variety of strategy questions on how I would be able to rebuild ineffective processes that had been in place since the store had opened and were still challenging the store.
