Interviewed Mar 2,017 in San Mateo, CA (took 21 days)
I had 3 interviews in which I interviewed with first their HR, the manager of the genius bar and then the store manager. Interview questions primarily focus on how personable you are as its in Apple's values to provide a world class service to all their customers and how you deal with difficult situations (youll encounter those types of customers ALOT)
