Took about two weeks from resume drop to first phone interview, then another ten days to the onsite round, which consisted of 10 in-person interviews.
Overall process management felt pretty amateur - coordinators forgetting to call me back, then forgetting to send me the interview details etc.
Some interviewers were good, some poor - a few seemed like they had never interviewed anyone before. Some were downright rude - checking their phone and writing emails during the interview.
Questions were a mixture of predictable ones (supplier negotiation strategy, build a cost-down model) and strange/irrelevant ones (how would you connect three dots).
