I was contacted by recruiter through Linkedin and I am currently a senior manager in an equally reputable company and agreed to interview with SD team based in Austin. 2 Facetime interviews with Managers. They interview for the whole team and decide on job allocation after hiring. The first manager was really good to communicate and he responded to all different questions. Next there was a lady who has been in the team for 10-12 yrs and I was annoyed by the behavior of such a senior team person. She kept texting during the interviewing which was very distracting and unethical. Understand that you work #1 supply chain company but job interview is representation of the company as a whole. It was waste of my time
