I applied online on their website, then I received an email asking for a Skype interview a few weeks later. They ask you to choose a time that's best for you, and then received a confirmation letter not long after. The entire process took 2-3 weeks. The interviewer was very personable and cheerful, and made an effort to make me feel comfortable and encouraged me to take my time in answering his questions. The interview was about 40 minutes long.
