Average Interview – Overall Neutral Experience – No – Wed, 15 Apr 2015
Interviewed Aug 2013 in Los Angeles, CA(took 60 days)
Was originally scheduled to be a Skype interview, turned into a phone only interview at the last minute. Was asked the usual "tell me about your last employer" type questions. Was asked extensively about my technical skills, even though the ad and job description clearly stated "no technical skills required, training provided" but I do have multiple tech certifications. Was asked several "what would you do" scenarios, involving technical answers. It is pretty common knowledge that phone support jobs require you to read their scripts and follow their steps.
