Interviewed null -1 in Richmond, VA(took 21 days)
The interviews are exactly as described in previous posts. The interviewers are very polite and ask very basic troubleshooting questions. Remember, it's always about the customers first!
First call is very breif, perhaps 6-10 minutes, and describes the position and rate. They have you do a fast customer service roleplay as well. If you are successful, a second interview is immediately scheduled.
Second interview is via FaceTime / Skype and lasts around 30 minutes. Your previous work history is discusses and you are asked 3 simple tech questions and two roleplay scenarios. A successful interview advances you to the third and final interview phase.
I have my third and final interview tomorrow! Fingers crossed! :-)
