there are 4 interview allover, first ,second are the phone interview, general question like why you choose apple, or how to be a good custmer care. 3/4 are cam interview, manager and employee will give you fece to fece change to present yourself, more detail and more role play, they expect you to present the skill of solving problem, give them more example of what you have experience ,and you will be ok.
i got the offer one week later after the last interview, the manager called me and congratulate me that i got the offer , but i have to pass the background check.
im in process or background check , i am worry about it now because i mis remember the wrong date of my last job start and ending time. hoping they won't give a entry- level girl hard time.
