Difficult Interview – Overall Positive Experience – Yes, and I accepted – Thu, 16 Jul 2015

I haven't started this job yet, but it seems like it's going to be awesome. The only downfall is that this process is super long. So, I applied June 15. I originally applied for a chat position, but by the time I applied, they were no longer hiring for that position. I got a call on June 19.
They were calling to let me know that they were interested in me and if I had time to do a quick interview. It lasted about ten minutes. She informed me about the job and pay. She asked me a few typical questions and one role play question. At the end she informed me that I was moving on to the next step, which was a Skype Interview with another recruiter. The next interview was on June 23. It was via Skype. It was about 25 minutes. It was almost a repeat of the last interview. He told me about the job, the pay, asked me some behavioral questions, and a role play question. At the end he informed me that I was moving on to the next step. He said I'd be receiving an email within a week to schedule my last interview. It literally took a week. Of course the next available date was a week away. This interview was July 3rd. It was also via Skype. It lasted an hour. They go more in depth about the job. Also, she asked me a few more interview questions and a role play. At the end, she told me I'd hear something within a week. That was stressful, but I heard something only two days later. My recruiter called saying they were ready to move on to the offer process which includes a background check. The check took about 3 days surprisingly. About three days after that, he called back to say I'd be receiving an email to set up my orientation in about two weeks. Now I'm playing the waiting game. I'm super excited though. :)
