The interview process went in the following order:
1 Initial Recruiter Screen, 1 Phone Screen, and Onsite Interview (met with 5-6 people)
There was no follow-up whatsoever after the interview process. You'd think that they'd provide a better candidate experience, especially when they claim to have top-notch service in their Apple stores.
Interview Questions
I was asked a variety of questions from the typical "Tell me about yourself," to "How would you build a search string for...."
These questions were very basic-- it dives into how you would handle certain situations, and goes into detail about you would manage yourself in their busy culture.
The interview was informational.
