The process is very relaxed and friendly, not the typical interview environment!
First stage involved a quick ice-breaker, introducing the person next to you and something interesting about them and the managers also got involved in this. Then they showed a few videos from their website and asked for your opinions and observations, again very relaxed. After that you were split into groups and tasked with how you would deal with a customer who has came into the store with a broken phone. Make sure you speak as much as you can, as it is in a group and some like to dominate at every opportunity! Also try and ask questions to show your interested in the role. Currently waiting for the second stage interview, so hopefully that goes well too! Heard this stage is more competency based than the first, and we were told it would be group interviews for all three stages.

The interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview, Skills Test and a Personality Test
