Apple Applecare At Home Advisor Chat Support Interview

Difficult Interview – Overall Positive Experience – Yes, and I accepted – Thu, 4 Jun 2015

I received my initial telephone call about 4 business days after applying and it was a basic telephone interview. The recruiter spoke in detail about the position and it's expectations, asked a couple of general customer service questions and then referred me to take the next step. Second interview lasted about 30 minutes via webcam and included the chat role play scenarios. Third interview lasted over an hour with the hiring manager. He again, made sure I understood the position, asked about 5 questions and conducted 3 role plays via chat. He was nice enough to turn the cameras off during the role plays (they were left on during the second interview). The 3 chat role plays and interview questions were pretty intense in my opinion. My suggestion is to focus on talking about the positive customer experience. They want to know that you will make the customers happy. Also, I dressed in a suit for the first chat position, both interviewers were in T Shirts. Lol. Second interview I just wore a blouse. I received a call the next day and got the official offer 4 business days later.
